TaeKwonDo

TaeKwonDo forms the core of our training. With high-flying kicks, jumps, concentrated punches and blocks, you’ll gain a strong body that is fluid and flexible.

Students also learn TaeKwonDo forms that synchronize the movements into a meditative flow.

HapKiDo

HapKiDo is disarms an opponent using the opponent’s energy and momentum against them. Technique, not brute strength, is key to this art.

Weapon Training

Weapon Training utilizes martial art training swords and staff in choreographed strikes and movements that teach flowing movements and strength

We have all you need.

With our custom padded flooring, kicking bags, free weights, jump ropes and stretching bar that runs the length of the room, we have everything you need to get in top physical performance.  Students are permitted to come in early to train in a respectful conscientious manner.

 

Acupuncture & Herbal Therapy

Being healthy inside and outside the studio is important.  Fitness and Nutritional Topics are often covered by Master Kim and as part of lectures by fellow students.   Master Kim is a licensed acupuncturist practicing in the LA area for over 14 years with clients both here and abroad in Europe and elsewhere.
